Педаль установлена на кузове с помощью двух болтов и пластиковой скобы (фото 1). Трос удерживается с помощью пластиковой детали, снять которую можно выталкиванием, сжав его усики (фото 2).

Причина неустойчивого крепления педали – ось качания сместилась по причине износа крепежных усиков (фото 3). Узел педали газа, у него две оси, одна их них, поменьше – ось крепления троса (фото 4).

Алюминиевая трубочка подойдет для реставрации, нарезаем на ней резьбу (фото 9). Аналогичную резьбу создаем на педали, вворачиваем трубку с помощью клея (фото 10).

Затем производим калибровку отверстия (фото 11). Отрезаем лишнее от трубки (фото 12).

С опорный узлом делаем подобные операции. Создаем резьбу на обоих сторонах узла (фото 13, 14).

Производим калибровку (фото 15). Из дюралевой заготовки вытачиваем ось диаметром 9 мм (фото 16).
