Прежде чем приступить к замене замка, отсоединяем клемму аккумулятора (фото 1). Небольшими отвертками поддеваем ручку и снимаем ее (фото 2).

Выкручиваем саморезы, которые находятся в местах, указанных обводкой (фото 3). Монтажной лопаточкой поддеваем панель двери (фото 4).

Снимаем облицовочную панель с помощью лопатки, но при этом придерживаем ее, так как к ней прикреплены тросики замка и плафон подсветки (фото 5). Теперь у нас дверь со снятой панелью (фото 6).

Высверливаем заклепки, которые держат подушку (фото 7). Делаем это аккуратно сверлом на 10, следим за тем, чтобы не повредить кронштейны крепления. Остатки заклепок выбиваем пробойником. Если остатки заклепок упали внутрь короба двери, достаем их оттуда обязательно (фото 8).

Через торцевое отверстие откручиваем саморез неподвижной части ручки (фото 9). Для выкручивания подойдет шестигранник или длинная отвертка торкс (фото 10).

Тянем на себя неподвижную часть ручки, смещаем влево и вынимаем (фото 11). Снимаем резиновые прокладки ручки (фото 12).

Снимаем два самореза внутренней части ручки (фото 13). Выкручиваем крепежные винты замка (фото 14).

Во внутренней части ручки есть пластиковая ось пружины. Если на оси есть трещинки, ее нужно укрепить дополнительной проволокой и велосипедной спицей (фото 15). Это головка самореза неподвижной части ручки (фото 16).

Через нижний карман аккуратно вынимаем замок (фото 17). В отверстие строго по горизотали пропускаем проволочку, захватываем тросики и фиксируем их (фото 18).

Вытяжные заклепки используются при сборке двери для фиксации подушки безопасности (фото 19). В процессе обратно сборке двери можно обработать нижний шов антикоррозийным раствором. Не забываем поставить на место плафончик (фото 20) и соединить разъемы замка и подушки безопасности.
