Установка выдвижного фароомывателя

Для установки устройства фароомывателя демонтируем бампер. Подготавливаем жестяные крепления для будущего устройства (фото 1). Переносим их на металл (фото 2).

Крепим форсунку под небольшим углом (фото 3). После установки форсунка крепится хомутом (фото 4).

Теперь делаем аккуратные отверстия в бампере, предварительно и очень точно отмечаем ее расположение (фото 5). Для отверстий используем перьевое сверло и канцелярский нож для доработки. Теперь производим проверку механического выхода форсунок, правим крепления в крышках, красим крышки в цвет автомобиля, покрываем лаком из баллончика (фото 6).

После того, как форсунки высохли, ставим их на место в бампер, проверяем чтобы не было щелей (фото 7). Форсунка, установленная с другой стороны (фото 8).

Закрепляем шланги из комплекта (фото 9). Добавить надо пластиковые хомуты. Тройник размещаем в середине, чтобы везде было одинаковое давление. Трубка направлена в подкапотное пространство (фото 10).

Теперь подключаем устройство. Крепления и насос фиксируются на бачке, резиновую втулку для верности смазываем герметиком. Из коробки предохранителей можно использовать положительный заряд (фото 11). Массу берем из корпуса автомобиля. Проводка укладывается в гофру. (фото 12).

Предохранитель и реле располагаются на стенке предохранительной коробки (фото 13). Через коробку предохранителей проводится провод до управляющей кнопке в салоне (фото 14).

Кнопку покупаем дополнительно (фото 15), установку производим с помощью перьевого сверла. Не забываем про наклейки под капот для напоминания соблюдения техники безопасности (фото 16).
