Необходимо снять редуктор с автомобиля и тщательно отмыть его, затем приступаем к разборке. Отвинчиваем крепежные болты и снимаем крышку редуктора (фото 1). Освобождаем стопорные кольца (фото 2).

Снимаем полуоси (фото 3). С помощью монтажной лопатки вынимаем сальники полуосей и упорные шайбы (фото 4).

Затем извлекаем стопорные кольца подшипников (фото 5). Важно при этом запомнить, как были установлены кольца, так как они имеют разную толщину и влияют на регулировку натяжения дифференциала. Также снимаем внешние кольца подшипников - цифра 6 (фото 6).

Вынимаем дифференциал с комплекте с шестеренкой корпуса редуктора. Отгибаем фиксатор гайки хвостовика (фото 7). Удерживая вал с помощью накидного ключа, отвинчиваем гайку (фото 8).

Снимаем фланец специальный съемником. Снимаем вал ведущей шестеренки вместе с внутренним подшипником (фото 9). Снимаем также упорные шайбы и распорную втулку (фото 10).

Удаляем сальник, снимаем внешний подшипник. Выпрессовываем кольца из корпуса подшипников, снимаем регулировочное кольцо. Упорные кольца и втулку снимаем с вала. Снимаем подшипник с ведущего вала. Производим разбор дифференциала (фото 11). Спрессовываем подшипники. Фиксируем корпус дифференциала, откручиваем болты (фото 12).

Извлекаем штифт-фиксатор оси сателлитов (фото 13). Выбиваем ось сателлитов (фото 14).

Снимаем сателлиты, прокрутив шестерни (фото 15). Снимаем опорные шайбы (фото 16).

Снимаем полуосевые шестерни (фото 17). Снимаем опорные шайбы (фото 18).

После разборки необходимо промыть все детали и осмотреть на износ. Износ сателлитов (фото 19).
Производим обратную сборку. Ставим регулировочное кольцо в корпус, ставим на место обойму подшипника (фото 20).

Устанавливаем внешний подшипник (фото 21). На ведущий вал устанавливаем внутренний подшипник, упорные кольца, распорную втулку. Подшипники смазываем маслом. Детали в сборе вставляем в корпус, который находится в вертикальном положении. Размещаем внешний подшипник до упора по валу. Устанавливаем сальник хвостовика (фото 22).

Устанавливаем фланец, плавно затягиваем гайку. Вращением вала устанавливаем на свои места ролики. Грамотно создаем необходимое натяжение в подшипниках. Устанавливаем гайку. Производим обратную сборку дифференциала, при этом смазываем детали. Устанавливаем дифференциал в корпус редуктора, ставим корпус подшипников.
Ставим стопорные кольца, каждый на свое место (фото 23). Чтобы кольца легко встали, дифференциал сжимаем (фото 24).

Осматриваем боковой зазор зубатого сцепления с помощью микрометра (фото 25), при этом он не должен превышать 0,13 мм. Контроль положения шестерни можно контролировать по отпечатку рабочего контакта при вращении вала в обе стороны (фото 26). Они должны быть на обеих сторонах рабочей поверхности, примерно на две третьих поверхности, расположенной поближе к узкому краю зубьев.

Ставим на место упорные кольца полуосей, сальники полуосей, полуоси. Устанавливаем стопора полуосей. Ставим на место крышку, добавляя герметик, затягиваем крепежные болты.
