Отвинчиваем крепежные саморезы и болты, снимаем пластиковую заглушку, расположенную под ручкой. Кнопки управления сиденьями снимаем. Отсоединяем металлическое обрамление ручки, откручиваем болт крепления ручки. Отсоединяем треугольник зеркала верхней части, сдвигаем назад ручку, сдвигаем и снимаем обшивку (фото 1). Снимаем зеркало, отсоединяем разъемы обогрева электропривода, аккуратно снимаем хромовую панель (фото 2).

Ослабляем болты ключом на 10, сдвигаем стекло внутрь, отсоединяем резиновый уплотнитель (фото 3). Снимаем крепежные клипсы вместе с наружным уплотнителем стекла (фото 4).

Отвинчиваем болты на 10, вытаскиваем стекло за верхний край (фото 5). Это болты, расположенные с краю, которые прижимают стекло к салазкам (фото 6).

Механизм стеклоподъемника моем, чистим и смазываем (фото 9). Снимем замок двери (фото 10).

Они размещаются так, что резиновыми вставками предохраняют дверь от слома в момент закрывания (фото 15). Резиновая прокладка создает эффект амортизации (фото 16).

Салазки с новыми деталями – вид сверху (фото 17). Непосредственно перед установкой стекла полозья наполняем смазкой (фото 18).

Устанавливаем салазки, строго соблюдая расположение: право-лево (фото 19). Начинаем процесс регулировки, этап первый. Наклон дверного стекла по направляющим регулируется с помощью перемещения пластиковых прокладок. При крайнем нижнем положении стеклоподъемника устанавливаем стекло строго параллельно дверному проему (фото 20).

Этап второй: с помощью смещения болта ликвидируем люфт стекла по направлению вперед-назад в разных положениях стеклоподъемника (фото 21). Этап третий: местоположение направляющих можно изменить при помощи регулировочных гаек на 13 (фото 22).

При правильной установке верхняя грань стекла слегка касается уплотнителя (фото 23). Этап четвертый: при не полностью закрытой двери с использованием ограничителя двери регулируем строгую параллельность стекла и уплотнителя (фото 24).
