Для ремонта понадобятся набор ключей и головок, ключи Торкс Т45, плоскогубцы, кувалда, WD40, отвертки. Предварительно должна быть снята защита бензонасоса, затем снимается колесо (фото 1). Следующий этап – передний рычаг и тяга схождения (фото 2).

Откручиваем рычаг ключом и головкой 19 (фото 3). При этом придерживаем болт тяги торксом (фото 4).

Рычаг отсоединен от подрамника (фото 5). Снимаем суппорты (фото 6).

Затем снимаем диски, колодки и пружины, щиток, защищающий болты рычагов (фото 7). Если болты очень изношены и загрязнены, их придется срезать. Со стороны ступицы откручиваем болты переднего и верхнего рычага (фото 8).

Отсоединяем кожух рычага (фото 9). Затем откручиваем болт крепления амортизатора (фото 10).

Отсоединяем и вынимаем тросик ручного тормоза (фото 11). Снимаем болт крепления амортизатора (фото 12).

Опускаем рычаг, вынимаем амортизатор и снимаем пружину (фото 13). Передний и нижний рычаги, а также тяга схождения снимаются в тисках (фото 14).

Откручиваем от подрамника нижний рычаг (фото 15). При установке автомобиля на домкрате необходима для страховки еще одна надежная опора (фото 16).

Втулки для крепежа рычагов к цапфе (фото 17). Болт для креплений рычагов (фото 18).

Пары болтов для рычага с плавающим сайлентблоком, для крепления к цапфе и подрамнику (фото 19). Рычаги для замены (фото 20).

Запрессовываем сайлентблоки (фото 21). Предварительно ставим рычаги к подрамнику на болты, ставим нижний рычаг, болт амортизатора (фото 22).

Устанавливаем цапфу (фото 23). Затем передний и верхний рычаги (фото 24). Для того, чтобы правильно установить сайленты, надо поддомкратить рычаг, щиток сдвигаем максимально к себе, затягиваем болты на рычагах. После этого можно начать сборку тормозов и прикрутить остальные рычаги.
